Authentic Wood Fired Pizza Dinner

You and your guests will enjoy a custom dinner prepared in an authentic Italian wood fired oven. Our pizza dough recipe is made with imported type "00" flour, topped with the freshest ingredients available and cooked in the 900-degree oven for only two - three minutes.

We will customize the menu to suit your party's taste.

You choose almost any Saturday between now and October 2009. 
Please note:  This event is provided by and at the home of an STM parishioner with considerable experience creating "gourmet" pizzas, but who is not a professional chef.  Those attending must provide their own alcoholic beverages.
