I'm looking at buying a pizza oven but not sure if I should get the brick or steel? I have landscaping around my entire front-yard so I could only get a brick oven by going over my back fence and think that a crane might have to be used for a 1200 pound oven. I like the convenience of the steel and would be much easier to install but do the cook as well as the brick? What is the main difference other than materials? Thank you
