Vaughn whipped up a great pasta dish using our WFO ingredients...

Two roasted red peppers, a roasted eggplant and half a head of roasted garlic were pureed. She sauteed some fresh onions and garlic, threw in the vegetable puree and added some diced WFO chicken breast with a teaspoon of herbs de Provence and some fresh ground pepper.

.....over pasta with some grated cheese...it was pretty simple and had a great WFO flavor.

You know, that might make a nice pizza sauce too!
