Very nice! I love that pan. I find that I firew my oven late and feel rushed to get pizzas going. If I fired a bit early with a plan to toss a burger or two in while it is firing I bet I would have better oven equalization a a more successful pizza party. That and an excellent Christmas gift for me . . . I mean my wife.
I used a cast iron grill pan.....this was about 15-20 minutes into my firing so my fire wasn't to huge yet. They took about 10 minutes to cook and were medium-well. The pepper i left in for a little longer.
