    Made this delicious dish of stuffed marrow (courgette/zucchini)
    Will give recipe if anyone's interested.
    Also I pricked 2 large aubergines/eggplants with a fork and threw them on to the ashes turning occasionally until soft. Once cooled I peeled them scraped out the flesh into a small bowl - added finely chopped red pepper - olive oil, vinegar, salt and one clove of crushed garlic. Mixed well - melitzanasalata (Greek aubergine dip) excellent with fresh bread.

    I'm very interested in the zucchini recipe, if you would be so kind. I have many in the garden ready to pick.

          hey , if its not to late, I would really love to get that recipe, the dish looks amazing. Just did my first cook last night(pizza of course) and it was fantastic. looking into a whole bunch of different recipes...................cheers
