On a stone, convection oven 530F. about 6 minutes, we like a crispy thin crust. for spices i used italian seasoning. we oiled the crust, light layer of sauce and 5 italian cheeses also lightly applied.
- chicken had been grilled and cut into small pieces
- Fresh shitake mushrooms had been sliced, pan fried and steamed prior.
- crust is my own.

We liked it, your suggestions for improvement appreciated. What spice would be better suited?
