The thing next to the pizza oven is a Brazilian BBQ/smoker. I came up with the idea after going to a Brazilian Steakhouse (churrascaria). So, we can rotisserie or smoke meats in that or do the high temp cooking in the oven, or put it on a stick and over the firepit Got 'em all covered. Thanks for the encouragement...took a bit longer than I thought but well worth it.
