Fire the oven up in about 2 hrs get a good fire! I think turkey will cook just fine today.. will raise up the roasting pan off of the floor though with two. well placed single fire-bricks. thinking about three hours... will post pics later..

Your oven is lovely! I like the stone chimney. Well done! And..Happy Thanksgiving...I suspect next year we will be checking out the tips and tricks posted here to do ours in the oven too.
