Hi Uno - I'm very curious about the idea of an electric brick oven. I'm a bread baker in South Korea and fire wood and gas are very expensive here. I currently operate a pair of 5KW ovens, but I thought the value of retained heat in a brick structure would be worth investigating. My searches elsewhere on the internet have been nearly fruitless. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
