We drove to Geneva this week to see friends, and ate in a Brasserie -- that uses the Forno Bravo commercial pizza tools. It was pretty fun walking into a restaurant half way around the world, and thinking "I know those pizza peels." You can't miss the blue handles. I was there for the fish, so we didn't try the pizza, though there are quite a few real Italian pizzerias that have wood-fired ovens in the city.
