We hosted a workshop to install and finish a Forno Bravo bake oven last weekend for the Midwest Chimney Safety Council. I have never seen so much excitement about a "new" product before. We installed a Casa 90 oven with a Class A chimney and stucco finished exterior. The stucco was not painted as we tore it down to use at another location after the workshop. We also baked pizza and bread in a finished brick oven on site so people could get a "taste" of what real food is like. They all loved it - and will never go back to delivery pizza or store-bought bread again. If a bunch of chimney sweeps and masons get this excited over bake ovens - I can imagine that this concept is going to take off like wildfire across the U.S.
We have decided to build an outdoor room outside the front of our showroom. This will include a fireplace, firepit, barbecue, and of course, a bake oven. I can't wait to see the reaction from our customers.
