    We are off to Italia on Sabato. Back in two weeks. We are meeting with our oven producers, tool producers, terracotta producers, pizza flour producers, and generally eating pretty well and catching up with friends. It's a tough job.

    On a related note, Alf is in Greece this week installing a Forno Bravo oven in a new Pizza Napoletana restaurant right in the middle of Athens. They are importing Caputo Tipo 00 flour directly from Naples. If anyone is heading there for summer vacation, I will post their address.

    I will be writing from various Internet cafes.

    Now, if only we knew who won the election.
