An increase of 20% in diam means an increase of 100% in volume. The bigger your oven the more the weight increases to an alarming level. For a mobile oven to be rolled on and off a trailer it needs to be relatively light and therefore small. If you want a larger moble I would recommend that it be on a permanent trailer. My oven is mounted on a base of areated reinforced concrete (75 mm) and the dome is insulated with 75 mm vermicrete topped with 10 mm ferrocement shell.Kindled with zeal and fired with passion.Comment
