    Hi. I am norwegian man 47 years old, live and work in Thailand. Have been here for almost 2 years now. My profession is programmer (since 1985, phuu) and like to do someting else. Planed to open a pizza/european "food house", but difficoult to get right ingredens here.

    My first question is: Do someone now if its possible to get hold of Pizza Flour in Thailand -or someplace else in Asia?

    Mozzarella, ham etc. I planed to make myself. (It's possible to get Mozzarella here, but not sure about the quality)
    I have also plan to build my own brick oven.
