After a few burns is it normal....(
I have another thread going but needed more eyes (opinions) on the following. I've done the gradual thing with regards to a few fires and last night did a pretty hot fire and notice that not only do I have cracks (which I know is to be expected) but, additionally and most dis-concerning is that some of the bricks in the arches have slid a little--dropped. Is this normal as well? If I had to guess I would estimate anywhere between 1/16 and 1/8 of an inch.
