Have you download the eplans from Forno Bravo? it is free. It has basic design and materials needed for a couple different size oven. Study and review them, most all questions are addressed. Innovations and improvements can be found on the forum.

I found this on one of the plans:

140 9”x4.5”x2.5” firebricks;
6 18”x18”x2” floor tiles 165 lbs. high temperature, waterproof mortar (FB Mortar)
Three 50 sq ft 1” insulating blankets (FB Blanket)
Fiour 24”x36”x2” insulating boards (FB Board)

Please let me know if these make sense.

I am really sorry to bother you but I'm trying to avoid buying more bricks that the ones I will need. I don't want to have an extra of 100 bricks on my backyard

I have plans to build an oven with an internal diameter of 40 inches = 1 meter.

Do you have any idea how many bricks I will need to buy? I know that I need to buy some extra due to some wrong cuts but I will like to have some numbers.
