I'm here looking for someone with experience with all things wfo. I know I'm in the right place but looking for someone to chat with regarding options, trade off of certain inclusion/exclusions and certain other high level questions. I've tried sorting through these forums but it can be hard to find.

Welcome to the community Ryan. Yes, the amount of information about building, maintaining, and using on this site can be overwhelming.We encourage you to look through some of the threads in the Newbie's section..."Survey of treasures". Everyone wants to start building right away, but you really need to spend time deciding/answering basic questions first. Things like: What's your main use goal? Just pizza for 2, pizza parties, bread bakes...?; Size of the oven to suit your needs and available space? ; Enclosure for the oven? ; Wood storage, ash disposal, etc. Spending time just reading through as many threads as you can will help you focus on what you want and what will fit into not only your yard but your available time & budget.

I don't mean to discourage rather encourage you on this journey. There is also a free pamphlet of basic directions for build on the main Forno Bravo website...they are a bit dated to current best practices but contain great basic information about the WFO build.

Most everyone loves going through this process to achieve their goals...just remember this is not a weekend project! Also depending on your budget, the complete ovens offered by Forno Bravo are truly great values when you figure in your time.
