Hi all..
I just bought a clay pot specifically made for tandoor ovens (so I am not going to use a plant terracotta pot). So my idea is to build a brick wall around the clay pot. What I would like to know is what is the best insulation to fill in between the pot and the brick walls? Also, do I need insulation sheet around the pot and then fill it with another insulation?
I am also going to place my clay pot on top of fire bricks and leave one bricks worth space for getting the ash out and ventilation. Do you think its a good idea?
