    The stainless hybrid I built has worked out wonderfully! I added a row of half bricks around the interior base for heat retention and full brick deck. Other then that no masonry other then the tile grout.

    Wow! How did you make the spun staino top? Could we see some build pics??

      This looks fantastic and hyper-professional metalworking. I guess many on this forum are curious on the design (eg. cross-section) and how the oven performs.

        The top is a spun stainless brewers kettle top, the interior dome and sidewalls are 10 gage 316L stainless with the sides lined with 1/2 bricks on end. Full brick floor. Hopefully the link will get you to my photo build video, a bit crude but shows the start to finish if you are interested!
