Looking good! Curious how you are planning to finish/flash that chimney. I am building a similar design and am a bit perplexed about that one. Looks like you've got the roofing on with no flashing yet?
Haha tell me about it i was freaking out before, i was just installing the roof today and i thought i was gonna have to take it off to fix the crack. But i guess its ok Thanks for the complement Les.I cant wait to make that first pizza.

Hi i have a question i am going to stucco the section of my oven with the wonder board and the arch i am gong to use brick, the thing that concerns me is that the smoke that occasionally come out the oven will it soot up the light colored stucco that i want to put there..
As was mentioned, not much you can do about it. I suggest you finish the front with the brick you have used. It will still get exposed to soot but will not show as bad. I am contemplating raising my vent, not for draw, but on fire up the smoke gets pushed back down from my vent cover and lands on the stucco finish of the dome. You will not have that issue. Your overhang may get exposed but you can cover that with many things that can be easily washed.
Are you using a blast/draft door? They help the oven heat up faster, and channel the smoke up the vent. I can't decide between SS and Neoceram... in the meantime, I'm using a piece of cal-sil wrapped in heavy aluminum foil (my temporary bake door) shimmed up and tilted back in the entry.
