My contractor messed up the design. He built a 36 inch oven with a 21.5 dome height. I plan on using this oven for pizzas mostly. I would also like to use it for cooking steaks like a broiler. Is this going to be a problem? If so what can I do to remedy the problem? I have read to have a door height at 63 percent of oven height. If this is done will I be okay? Another option I guess would be to put another layer of bricks in the dome. Is this even possible??? Please help with any advice. Thanks.
