Hey guys I am almost done with my 34inch Pompeii.
It is insulated with 2'' ceramic fiber blanket and chick wired.
I stopped the build to ponder on the rendering the dome.
Could I use refractory cement in place of
lime sand and Portland cement? ( that is a 1 part lime, 4 parts sand, 1 part Portland Correct?)
I will try to upload photos, but at this moment i do not have a photo of insulated & chicken wired dome
