    Actualy the entry floor is not complete yet I am going to pour a vermicrete layer and have a stainless floor over the vermicrete layer.

    Insulative and easy to clean. Minor contact will exist between oven floor and stainless. If it does not work as expected it will be very easy to change.

    I have a thermal break at the inner arch and decorative arch.
