Dome Installation Video - Casa / Premio / Modena

For many of you who bought a modular oven, you may have asked how we put the domes together when we build them. For those of you considering one of our ovens, we shot a video to make your install easier.

Check it out on our You Tube Channel.

If the link doesn't work, simply go to You Tube and type Forno Bravo Channel. The video title is How to Set your Forno Bravo Oven Dome Pieces.

Thanks for participating in our Forum. We will have more video content available soon.

After complaining about this for a while, I took the bull by the horns and started a wiki to be a repository for Pompeii knowledge. I have just started loading up some blank pages for sections, really just placeholders

I think this would be a great asset for the community and a see it as a complement to the forums. Ideally, we could just update the FB plans with all the knowledge that is passed around here, but that's probably not practical.

Building this is not something I can do, or would want to do by myself. If it's going to take off, it will take a number of participants.

The link to the wiki is here: Main Page - PompeiiOvenWiki

If you are interested in participating in getting it set up, PM me with your email address and I will add you as a member.

Edit: I found a different host that looks better doesnt appear to have the same limits on members and storage.

I really like the contributions you've made to this website, your dome spreadsheet calculator and your beautiful build. I also commend you on your patience. You have inspired me. It is people like you that make this website so GREAT.

I would like to participate in your Wiki effort, but will refrain for the moment until I have something more tangible to offer than my simple anecdotes...but I'm thinking.

            Thank you,

I saw your post last night suggesting a wiki, I was going to get home tonight and suggest Tiki Wiki, Im all over that particular wiki software like a rash, it does change over time but the basics stay the same, its what I have used in the past.

Great start! We need to get some of the pros to start filling the pages. It would probably help if you made a menu with some basic categories to give people a starting point. I'm looking forward to seeing how this progresses.
