And links to other sites are not allowed, but yes, there must be several options.
One thing to consider is that wood probably does not add anything much in terms of flavour, as the heat in a pizza oven is too high to get any "smoke" flavours. There's something about looking into a proper wood fired oven, so much so that I sometimes make a fire in ours, even when we're not planning on making pizzas!

Dual fuel
Hi all. Long time lurker, first time poster located on the far south coast of NSW.
The Minister for War & Peace / Treasurer has authorised the installation of a new outdoor cooking area encompassing a BBQ & Pizza oven (Outdoor kitchen).
After exhaustive planning I had decided on a Casa kit only to realise that Forno Bravo arent stocked in Australia.
Can anybody point me to a similar product that is available in Australia? alternatively has anybody built theyre WFO from scratch & made it dual fuel?
Im leaning to dual fuel because the location for the build is close to the neighbours house, & I dont want to smoke them out. Im also not real handy & figure the gas will be easier to keep clean. I still intend to use wood, but mainly for flavour, & once there is good heat already in the oven.
Thanks in advance for your patience & informationTags: None
