Finishing my 36" pizza oven

Hi everyone, i need a suggestions of what type of mortar to use to finish my 36" dome pizza oven, it will be wrapped with 2" fb ceramic fiber blanket and chicken wire around it, i would like to use my left over firebricks and cutting them in pieces i.e 3/4" thick x 2 1/2" x 4 1/2", its going to be look like a tile after its all done. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks
