Hello all you oven guru`s. First off all,sorry for my bad english.(Im from Norway)
Im planing to build my very first stone oven.
I (think) i have decided to build a barrel vault oven, being 2035MMx1780MM base, and the oven will be 1300MMx1000MM.The hight will be ca 560MM
I am thinking of having wood boards around the oven and shingles for roof, but i am worried ist going to be too hot outside the vault.
What are you guys thinking about that?
I have enclosed a ruff drawing om my oven where you can see better what i mean.
