I just wanted to post a quick thank you to everyone on these forums for helping me to have the confidence and to gain the knowledge to build my own oven. As you can see, it is finished and it works brilliantly. Since completing it we have basically abandoned our indoor oven because the food from this one tastes so amazing.

Thanks to Forno Bravo too for allowing all of us dreamers to congregate in one place to obsess over building our dream ovens.
