Through a friend, we know of a children's home in Paraguay that is going to build a wood-fired oven. Since we are enjoying our oven so much, my husband and I invited them to join the Forno Bravo forum for design ideas, recipes, and suggestions. We thought it would be cool (or hot) to see their progress on the forum. Hopefully we will see a posting from them soon! It is the Bethel Baptist Children's Home in Paraguay. It truly is a small world.
