I'd like to thank this Forum and FornoBravo for helping me complete my oven built with what I could source in Aberdeen. Without the amazing knowledge and information available here I would perhaps not have taken the journey. I love my oven and love using it. The food is amazing and I now make the best Pizza I ever tasted. The oven has a magical effect on people at parties, especially children. The whole experience with the oven as a party centre piece has an amazing effect on people. Everyone wants to try making a pizza, especially children. It brings out the best in people. It restores a connection and a flavour of our past. Something we have lost along the way in recent times.
