No guilt required... I laughed my butt off all day at that one!
I hoped you would, that is certainly how I meant it
And I will take you up on that fishing trip someday.
My prefered salmon technique now is night fishing... you really should check it out. I launch my boat as everyone else is coming in. After dark, I slowly troll while bumping this glow-in-the-dark rubber git-zit thing off the bottom. All this just a few miles from my house. It's dark and I'm on the river which is encompassed by a big parkway. From the boat, you wouldn't know you were in any city. Very relaxing.
And by next season, god willing, we could have pizzas and a few beers in MY backyard.
Or you can come over for pizza, I usually fire my WFO on Saturdays so you have plenty of notice. And I'll buy the beer!
Pizza on Saturday? Man, that sounds great! I want to check that badWOFO out. Now I feel kinda guilty that I called you a "fleet-fingered texican". Sorry:
Might not be able to make it THIS Sat., but I would love to take you up on that someday. What was that address again?
yeah a 3 week old and I am just months away from adoptiong a toddler too. And ya all wonder why I have been so slow to get the Pompeii going. Every other year I put out a short novella. The best year was 9 pages with a 9 pitch font. Whoo wee I got some complaints on that one but no-one said drop me. Thelast two volumes have been one pagers and I have gotten complaints that they are now too dry and not as funny or long. I might push it on chit chat but it is 1.8 Meg to 2 Meg in size due to some photos. This years is a mere 3 pages of words and 1 page of photos

Reason: sentance made no sense
James,
I'm pretty sure Dave is your winner. I'll work out the PBR thing with him. Besides, he needs the flour more than me. I need more refmix. I'll call tommorow.
And thanks for the pool. I love 'em too. It was fun. And even though I have never won one, I'm getting closer!
....I took a nap with a 3 week old and 2 yr toddler and look what happens. I coulda been a contender!
Hang on. First things first. A 3 week old? Congratulations Patrick -- are you getting any sleep? How is everyone doing? What a great time of life. Enjoy.
On the prize, we are open to any credible claims to victory. Dave (and/or Dusty) send an email message to me (or Tammy), and we will work out shipment. Great pizza awaits -- particularly if you have not yet tried the Caputo flour.
James,
I assumed you had some fancy forum tool that would flag the winner, but here's what I know. I was talking to Dave (as fast as I could, BTW) on this tread and I had a hunch we were getting close. When I posted the one about the pool tournament, I checked the tally and that post was number 20,002. I thought, hey, I WON! Cause the one before that was the bowling night post, and the one before that was mine! Woo Hoo! Then I realized that while I was huntin' and peckin', that fleet-fingered texican had posted two. One reply to me, and one on Acoma's 42" Tuscan post. Some obvious stuffer like "Looks good", or some such.
But hey, I'm not bitter or nothin' Dave. I will say this though. If this was the NBA, I think I would have earned an assist. Might that be worth a cold PBR?
Sorry James I think it is human nature to want to win, to be the top dog, to rise to the top....I took a nap with a 3 week old and 2 yr toddler and look what happens. I coulda been a contender!
