Would like to say Hi to everybody
I am planning to build a oven, at the moment I am trying to figure out how big I can build with the brick I have been collecting the last few years, This is not my first oven as I built my first about twenty years ago, was a Alan Scott Design lost it in a divorce a few years back, have been planing my next since then. I love to bake bread but really don't have the time anymore for the large batches I used to bake so I thought a pizza oven might be more appropriate.
seems I might have just enough brick to build a 32" Pompeii oven, Tried to price sending over 50 more brick to Hawaii would cost almost a thousand with shipping. Have a ad on craigs list right now will see if I can scare a some used brick
