Hello all
My name is DJ and I am a 36 yr old electrician from Pittsburgh pa. I have been fascinated with reading this forum for a long time now and finally decided to join. My hobbies include golfing,racing motocross,hockey, and of course cooking. Coming from an Italian family, I grew up on great food. I am currently building a 24" cooking surface indoor oven from cast able refractory. I would love to hear any input from people that have built there own ovens. I can post some pics but I'm not sure if the newbie thread is the place to do it
