Well, those things aren't in NH (at least on my property) but I"ve been interested cob (the old English building material) and rocket stoves, masonry stoves for a long time. Pizza goes without saying though I am experimenting with vegan cheese substitutes a lot these days. So far, nothing comes close to real mozzarella.
