Hello Everyone!
First time here! Have started building an oven indoors using the Forno Bravo specs a few days ago. The hearth/stand has just been finished, the insulating concrete has just been poured. I have been reading the manual and came across some lines about curing the hearth. But it doesn't say for how long.
Do I let it cure for some time before starting on the cooking floor? Or is it ok to start on the cooking floor right after the insulating concrete has become hard enough?
