    Hi there! I wanted to thank all the folks who helped me build my oven- It is very easy to make a fire in it, it heats up quickly, and stays hot a long time. It is a far better oven than I deserve since I'm just now learning to cook in it.

    A racoon got my favorite goose so I decided to make good with what was left- about 3/4 of it. I plucked it, gutted it, and washed it. There was an awesome amount of goose fat. Now it is bubbling away in my cast iron pot!

    Again- you folks are such experts, it is an honor to have worked it you.
