I will be building a WBO and I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Wondering if there is any special precautions or consideration I need to take, if i plan on using the oven during the winter time. This could be in temperatures of -20F.
I plan on following the Forno Bravo instructions. I am leaning towards finishing the exterior with a layer of insulated concrete (vermiculite and/or perlite mix) and cover that with stucco cement to make it waterproof.
Will these materials stand up to the temperate change?
I am new to this and any recommendations would be appreciated.
