i posted this question on another thread of the forum so if this needs to go im fine with it
my question is, i have found used (in good shape ) pizza oven stone's 1 1/2" +- thick x 23" x 30" and 18" x 30"
are these a good choice for the bottom of a new brick oven build or are new fire brick better?
the stones will cost 200$ for both and fire brick will cost 65$ total (just for the bottom) (brick are 21/2" thick)
