like the ones we observed when making a film about Tyrolian oven building. They start in the back of the oven and connect to the chimney over the door. I see nowhere in other designs however they make sense to me as the draft is directed through the oven chamber from the front to the back and does not have to confront the incoming cold air at the door. any experiences with that system I get questions about that topic...
