Hello,
one a threat i saw this instructions for the first fire:
* Increase the size of the fire each day by about 100F
200F = 100?
300F = 150?
400F = 200?
500F = 260?
600F = 315?
700F = 370?
800F = 426? *
I do not have a infraret termometer !
I have installed 2 x Thermometer on the left side from my oven.
The height of the first Thermometer is 10 cm inside the oven and 10 cm above the baseplate.
The height of the second Themometer is inside the firebricks, it`s measuring the temperature of the firebricks.
Are this values for the top of the dome, or can i used my installed thermometers ?
