Hello all,
First time poster. I just received my forno Bravo brick oven yesterday, it's
The strada model. I was reading the directions about curing and it mentioned
That you should wait five days before building the small fires. I ordered my oven on July 10, and it didn't end up shipping until July 21st and came
In on the 26th. I live in Kentucky so it took a little while to ship from California.
My question is, since it was en route for five days, do I still need to wait
To start the fires? Does the five day waiting period have anything to do with the climate of where the oven is?
Thanks for any replies!
