Hello!
I've done it! I've ordered my Andiamo 70 wood-fired oven!
I've been reading the forum and I have some questions about curing the oven.
- I've read I have to wait one week to start curing the oven. Is that true with the Andiamo as well? Since it's pre-built at Forno Bravo, and there's very little masonry involved, I'm wondering if that rule holds.
- While curing, do I need to try and sustain the temperature all day? Or is it okay if I hit the required temp for that firing and then stop?
- After firing the oven, does it have to cool all the way down to ambient temperature before starting the next curing stage?
Thanks! I can't wait to get the oven!
Brent
