Exactly as the title says. I built a Casa2g90 earlier this year. Have cooked pizzas out of maybe 8 -10 times by now. Typically I have been achieving cooking temps in 1.5 hours. Kind of start out slow with fire then after an hour or so I start to build up the fire.
Simplified question: Can you over fire a cold oven (once cured)? Aside from the obvious flames out the front/chimney? During the warm up process not during actual cooking.
