Here in Market Bosworth it's the pizzeria inside the old Dixie Arms Hotel, and in particular the wood-fired Forno Bravo pizza oven, that stopped my gaze. The owners are proud of it, and justifiably so. I'd walk a long way for a traditional Neapolitan stone-baked pizza, and to find one in a small (pop. <2,000) and characterful Leicestershire village is remarkable.
