I have discovered that pizza parties run a whole lot easier by having a big stack of plastic cutting mats at the pizza preparation table. Instruct a few party goers to roll out a ball of dough and top their pizza on a cutting mat. Then send them on their way to deliver the pizza to the cook. Everyone soon catches on. You need to instruct the pizza makers to use plenty of flour under the dough so that it doesn't stick (and turns into a calzone).
