The recipe for this is simple:
1 can Pillsbury? refrigerated thin pizza crust
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (from 15-oz jar)
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend or mozzarella cheese
1. Heat oven to 400?F. Using a pizza stone or cookie sheet, grease with shortening and unroll dough. Starting at center, press out dough into a rectangle. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
2. Spread sauce over warm crust. Top with chicken, bell pepper and cheese.
3. Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
