Hi crew!
well, I have decided to clear out the cupboards and am selling my Chinese (not that anything is wrong with the unit) 10 litre commercial dough mixer.
I have listed it on ebay:
10 litre 2 speed commercial dough mixer - eBay Mixers, Kitchen Equipment, Restaurants, Business. (end time 14-Apr-10 21:24:33 AEST)
For those who have followed my threads, I also have a 20 quart Hobart which is the unit that I have decided to keep and there is no room for my original unit.
It mixed a 1kg hot cross bun mix and a 4kg pizza dough mix for tomorrow's family pizza fest.
I am not aware of this size being currently available, it is big when compared with the Kenwood or Kitchen Aid mixers but will last you a lifetime.
Cheers.
Neill
