Xmas leftovers
Fired up the oven last night for Pizza's. Good opportunity to use the excess Christmas food up.
The most popular by far with the guests (with multiple repeat requests) was my Turkey and Cranberry pizza. Worked a treat.
Recipe: Turkey and Cranberry Pizza
Leftover Turkey meat - sliced/diced, bite size
Jellied Cranberry sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Spread pizza base with Cranberry sauce, evenly lay meat and cover with a generous sprinkling of Mozzarella cheese.
Great use for the leftover turkey. Alas now no more Turkey.
