Can anyone tell me how to properly connect the burner switch. Does it show you the temp inside the oven? Or does it just control max temp inside the oven?

BKparmour, we discourage any gas type burner/switch installation as a DIY project. If you intend to add this to an existing WFO, PLEASE hire a professional installer. The oven chamber and an improperly installed gas system is an accident waiting to happen. It certainly can be safe, but trust a professional to make it so.
The fact you are asking about this burner switch instead of consulting the user manual is a bit concerning... we don't want anyone hurt or property damaged in the quest for a better pizza!
