Made this the other day and it was absolutely delicious.
On a regular dough scatter: Mango slices
Generous Squeeze of lime
Brown sugar (lots of brown sugar around the edges)
Put in the oven.
When you bring it out add:
Mint leaves
Another squeeze of lime
Dust with icing sugar.
Serve with ice cream.
Unbelievable.
